She regularly promotes and champions diversity and inclusion, ensuring those values are reflected and put into practice across the client and industry teams with whom she works.

Her practice focuses on M&A, private equity, venture capital, and complex ownership structure transactions. Chrystelle regularly represents U.S., European and other international clients investing in Canada, as well as Canadian clients investing abroad.
