Frank Quix is Managing Director at Q&A Retail Insights & Consultancy and Chairman of the Ebeltoft Group, International Brand & Retail Consultants. Q&A is the Dutch Ebeltoft member firm and was founded in 2003 by Frank after a successful career at Deloitte and E&Y.  Frank has over 25 years of experience in retail and teaches every week at the University of Amsterdam. He runs the Anton Dreesmann Chair for Retail Marketing & Strategy as Program Director. Frank is author of several books including the standard in retail “Retailmarketing”. Among the recent clients Frank has worked for are ABN AMRO, Action, Adyen, Ahold, A.S. Watson, BCC, Bol.com, CBRE, DAKA, EK Services Group, GrandVision, Green, HEMA, IKEA, Nexeye, Public, Salesforce, SoLow and Zeeman.
