Geoff is a Dutch national who grew up internationally and now lives in the UK. He speaks four languages and holds a master’s degree in Business Economics and a postgraduate degree in Finance.

He started his career in Military Intelligence before taking senior roles at Heineken and Royal Dutch Shell in international assignments.

Since he co-founded and is currently the CEO of the House of Baukjen, the UK’s highest scoring fashion B Corp, home to two ethically, socially and sustainability conscious womenswear brands BAUKJEN and ISABELLA OLIVER. House of Baukjen became the first fashion company ever to win a UN Global Climate Action Award.
