Jonathan has been with SymphonyAI for over 16 years and has spent most of his tenure leading the delivery of Customer Centric Retail (CCR) capabilities and technology to retailers and CPGs across Europe and the US.  Most recently Jonathan has lead Global Presales for CCR and has built out the go-to-market approaches for market leading AI/ML powered technology through a combination of his delivery lead experience together with focus on value and return the clients can take from technology solutions. Previously Jonathan worked at Precision Business Solutions and Accenture.
