Leo Gan, Chief Operating Officer of MR DIY Group, is an engineer by training with a distinguished career spanning the oil & gas and retail industries. After earning his degree in the UK, he began his professional career in the oil and gas sector before joining MR DIY. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the group’s rapid international growth and expansion.

Under his leadership, MR DIY has grown to more than 6,000 stores across 15 countries, establishing a strong presence across Asia and beyond. As a pioneer of the Group’s expansion into South Asia, Africa and Europe, Leo has been instrumental in driving the development of its international operations. He continues to play a key role in shaping MR DIY’s global growth strategy and strengthening the Group’s presence in new and emerging markets.
