Maarten de Boo is currently Vice President of AI at Quinyx, and is responsible for maintaining Quinyx's position as the global leader of AI-powered workforce management solutions. Prior to Quinyx, Maarten was Co-Founder at two tech companies. At Sensara, Maarten developed an IoT AI emergency detection system for use in the healthcare sector before starting up Widget Brain, a workforce optimisation AI service helping companies to create the best work schedules possible through workforce optimisation AI services. Maarten is passionate about creating AI that is beneficial to society and helping companies to improve the happiness of their employees.
