Susan is the initiator and former director at Drop & Loop, a start-up that offers a new service for retailers to collect and sort clothing for reuse and recycling. Drop & Loop enables textile collection to become easier and more fun and simultaneously continue to evolve in the repurposing of items for a more sustainable planet. Within 2 years Susan has grown Drop & Loop into a successful business. Together with her previous gained experiences in the retail, Albert Heijn and Future Driven, she keeps knowledge in innovations and sustainable retail.
