Vincent Golebiowski
Chief Operating Officer (COO), Tapestry APAC,
Tapestry
Vincent Golebiowski is a seasoned executive with over 28 years of global experience in Finance,
Controlling, Supply Chain, and Business Process Outsourcing. For more than two decades, he
has held CFO roles across Asia and the United States, consistently driving business
transformation, operational excellence, and strategic growth.
Before joining Tapestry, Vincent spent several years at L’Oréal, where he held senior finance and
operations roles across Malaysia, Southeast Asia, and India. His leadership contributed to
regional integration, operational efficiency, and market expansion in some of L’Oréal’s fastestgrowing territories.
Vincent joined Tapestry through the Coach brand, where he served as Vice President and CFO
for Greater China, supporting the brand’s accelerated retail expansion and localization strategy.
He was later promoted to VP & CFO for the APAC region, and subsequently to Coach Brand
Global CFO, based in New York, where he led global financial strategy and enabled sustainable
growth across international markets.
Most recently, Vincent served as Global Head of Supply Chain Operations and CFO of Global
Supply Chain at Tapestry. In this role, he led the integration of advanced technologies into
supply chain planning and factory allocation, significantly reducing lead times and enhancing
agility. He also championed sustainability initiatives, including clean water programs and solarpowered manufacturing facilities, aligning operational excellence with environmental
responsibility.
In October 2025, Vincent was appointed Chief Operating Officer, Tapestry APAC—a newly
created role designed to unify regional functions and accelerate growth through synergy, scale,
and efficiency. His deep understanding of Tapestry’s brands, global markets, and operational
dynamics positions him to lead this strategic transformation with vision and impact.
Vincent holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Institut Supérieur de
Gestion in Paris and has completed executive programs at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and the Center for Creative Leadership.
